In the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet configuration, this engine produces an impressive 480 bhp and 460 lb.-ft. of torque while meeting LEV-II emissions standards and maintaining fuel efficiency, avoiding penalties as a gas guzzler. According to the EPA, the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet achieves 15 mpg in city driving. The manual gearbox variant achieves 24 mpg on the highway test, while the Tiptronic S version achieves 23 mpg.
Similar to the Turbo Coupe, the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet offers the optional Sports Chrono Package Turbo, featuring an overboost function that provides bursts of an additional 45 lb.-ft. of torque as desired by the driver.
